The second floor will be a trendy, hidden rooftop bar to attract young adults that like to socialize and have a funky place to go for drinks after a long day at work. It will be accessible to the public via the lift and the stairs. On the actual roof of the building, there are going to be solar panels as the whole building will be powered by solar power.
The second floor will still be accessible to the public via the lift so that they don’t have to walk up or down 2 sets of stairs. The bar will follow the colour theme of the rest of the establishment and stick to a natural colour palette with some darker elements to add to the aesthetic of the hidden bar. The lighting within the bar will be controlled with automated lighting systems and motion sensor lights as this type of lighting can be controlled, remotely, or automatically. The second floor will again have a living green wall as I want the area to be full of nature.
