On the first floor, there will be a café for people to have a place to socialize and or work. There are study booths and a computer room for the community to use for revising or socializing as well as a conference room to hire.
The colour palette is pretty much the same as the ground floor as I want the whole building to follow a similar colour scheme. I want to incorporate lots of greenery throughout the building. On the first floor, there will be a café for people to come and socialize as well as try some freshly sourced produce and baked goods. There is a community conference room and a computer room that the locals can hire out or just use when it’s free to host meetings, study or do any work. There is also a section on the first floor with study booths so that the gens z who are doing any exams can have a quieter place to revise or socialize.
ZONING AND SPATIAL ARRANGEMENT
The lighting on the first floor will be similar to the lighting used throughout the building. I am using automated lighting systems and motion sensor lights as they can be controlled, remotely, or automatically.
The café will have a chalkboard menu so that it can be easily changed and adjusted when there are seasonal drinks and snacks or special deals on certain items.
There will be a living green wall placed on the first floor as it will help purify the air and create a sense of well-being within the space.
